THE LAND OF CASTAMERE.
The land of Castamere is a long-term, low maintenance Filipino roleplaying base that touches on casual and descriptive plotting. The atmosphere of the base varies, ranging from slice-of-life scenarios to intricate political divides, offering a rich environment for character development and interaction. We are only accepting face claims who are involved in the Korean Entertainment Industry, regardless of ethnicity, and they must have been born in the year 2008 or earlier.
The royal etiquette.
// 001 : Please refrain from lorebreaking. Be reminded that this base caters to plotting. We highly discourage tweets that would not be applicable to the lore unless it is indicated to be an ooc tweet. Examples of lore-breaking include but are not limited to acting as your faceclaim instead of as a character with a face. You are not an idol from a KPOP group here. This is problematic as roleplaying a real person may be disrespectful to the person itself. See here.// 002 : Do not powerplay. Do not take control of another member’s actions during your plots without permission. This takes away their creativity and right to respond as you would already be choosing what they would do. Example of powerplaying is: "I was about to leave but you held my hand and pulled me in." // 003 : Sexual content is prohibited. We strictly prohibit sexual content in the timeline and in public group chats. Minors in-character and out-of-character should also not consume or partake in any sexual activity both in public and private spaces. // 004 : No doxxing. Do not post ooc information of others and especially yourself. Keep personal information sharing outside of the timeline. Be mindful of your digital footprint even if this is only a roleplaying base.// 005 : Quota. The quota will not be required so as to adhere to the essence of the base. However, reaching a tweet count of 100 will grant you thistles worth 5000.
// 006 : Dating Ban. To encourage interaction and worldbuilding, a dating ban will be imposed on all members unless the members are established to be a move-in couple. The dating ban will only be lifted if the member reaches a tweet count of 150. // 007 : Inactivity and hiatus. Unreported inactivity for consecutively 15 days will prompt dismissal from the base. Application for hiatus is permitted for a maximum of 30 days.// 008 : Do not bring ooc issues in here, please. The acts of subtweeting, spreading rumors, and disrespecting another member outside of plot-agreed situations are strictly prohibited.// 009 : Be mindful of other roleplayers. If your character is meant to be an asshole, please put a disclaimer or communicate with the roleplayers if they are comfortable with the persona. Unless said otherwise, these plots are more than welcomed.

what is the
LORE
so far !!!
A kingdom built on validation, resilience, and dominion, Castamere stands as a testament to the will of its sovereign. Queen Vespera, the lone heir to a throne left in ruin, defied all who doubted her claim. Her reign was not gifted—it was earned. What began in tragedy became an era of triumph. The Queen, with unwavering resolve, transformed Castamere into a formidable empire, leading it into an age of unmatched prosperity and influence. But she did not stand alone. At her side were three of the most powerful figures in the realm:Deidamia Blackquill, Sovereign of the North and the Queen’s cunning advisor, whose diplomacy turned bitter rivals into allies and secured Castamere’s dominion in foreign affairs.Iliac Goldcrest, Sovereign of Centoria and master of coin, who built the kingdom into an economic powerhouse, establishing the largest trade network and an impenetrable treasury.Quenzio Lockhart, Captain of the Garrison and Sovereign of Southlock, the iron fist that kept the streets free of lawlessness, forging an elite military feared across the world.Under their guidance, Castamere became a beacon of strength—its armies undefeated, its ports bustling with wealth, its name uttered with respect and reverence. Enemies turned to trade, old feuds dissolved into alliances, and for the first time in centuries, the kingdom flourished without the shadow of war.Yet power breeds envy, and peace is but a fleeting dream. In Castamere, alliances shift like the tides, and the echoes of old betrayals still whisper through the palace halls. Will this golden age endure, or is it merely the calm before the storm?Castamere beckons. Whether as a noble, a soldier, a merchant, or a rogue, the kingdom welcomes those bold enough to carve their own path. But tread carefully—for in a land of power, every step can shape the future.

She is loved by many due to her contribution to the economic development of the city.Lady Deidamia Blackquill. The Sovereign of Northquill. She is the advisor of the queen and is the head of the management ministry. She aids in foreign and public relations, policy formulation, and is mainly the trusted confidant of the queen.Lord Iliac Goldcrest. The Sovereign of Centoria. He is the head of finance and directs the bureau of fiscal affairs. He manages the expenditures of the queen and oversees trade and tax collection.Lord Quenzio Lockhart. The Sovereign of Southlock. He is the captain of the garrison. He leads the military forces of the country and ensures that the vespers remain safe. He prefers to be called captain instead of lord.Vespers. The citizens of Castamere. Some of them may be born rich, while some are commoners who have to work tirelessly to thrive in this hierarchy, whatever your background is will be up to each mun’s writing jurisdiction.Divisions. You will be assigned to a division based on your entry, which will serve as your character's hometown. However, you can choose to say your character lived somewhere else as a child. The three divisions are Northquill, Centoria, and Southlock, each led by Sovereigns Blackquill, Lockhart, and Goldcrest. Remember, being assigned to a division doesn't mean you have to support the ruler. You can choose to portray your character as a rebel, activist, or neither.Thistles. Exclusive coins used in government processes. They can be earned as gifts from the Sovereigns, received as donations from fellow Vespers, or given as salaries by business owners or the Sovereigns. These coins can be used for various purposes, such as changing your faceclaim, registering a business (like a bakery or a band), etc. More information will be provided by Goldcrest. Note that thistles do not indicate a character’s wealth. This is a special currency solely for government purposes. The starting thistles of each character is zero. The Royal Gazette. This is the official newsletter of Castamere, delivering news about the happenings in the country. Hints for the plot progression will be posted on the page. The gazette also reports about daily happenings in the lives of the vespers.Grand Pavilion. The building in which government meetings are held and documents are processed. The meeting grounds for the Sovereigns are found here. This is located in Centoria. The key to the application form is the Sovereign that you think you would support if things will go wrong. This is a subjective question, so there is no right or wrong.Management Ministry. The Gazette Department is under the Management Ministry. They write news for the Gazette, covering both factual and entertaining stories about events in the city. Lady Deidamia only reviews articles related to the lore. Writers have the freedom to create news about the Vespers, but spreading personal rumors or anything not related to roleplay is strictly banned. The Royal Garrison. This is Castamere's military organization, responsible for protecting the royal family and the Vespers. It is led by Lord Quenzio. The work here is focused on the plot, so those involved may be encouraged to plan wars, duels, rally dispersals, and other events based on the plot and side stories. In addition to that, the Garrison can arrest business owners who do not pay taxes.Bureau of Fiscal Affairs. This department handles business registrations and tourism. Employees can choose to become envoys, where they must warmly welcome newly verified Vespers during their first three days, though their personal personalities may be different. Alternatively, they can handle business registrations. If a Vesper wants to start a business, they must first consult an employee from the Bureau of Fiscal Affairs, who will then endorse the idea to Goldcrest for approval. Once approved, these employees are responsible for collecting taxes from the business owners, if not done personally by Goldcrest.
